Writology Limited provides custom writing services to clients worldwide, irrespective of order instructions and deadlines. Every customer may choose a specific type of product in the "Order Now" form:

Price Quote

Before placing an order, every client may request a price quote from our Customer Support Team. Depending on the customer's specifications, our agents will identify an order price and will assist in placing an order (if requested).

Importance of Communication

A client is suggested to communicate with members of our team through the following means of communication:

It is highly important to provide all clarifications on time, reply to the Writer's messages/emails from the Support Team to make sure that the final product is up to the required standards and expectations. Work Process Overview

By purchasing orders on our website, a client agrees to receive the order within such work process:

  1. The customer places the order, indicates all instructions and specifications, and pays for it. A client may request a "preferred writer" to complete his/her order.
  2. The writer starts working on the order.
  3. Customers may request process updates and communicate with the writer regarding order instructions and possible adjustments. A client may be asked to place an additional order if our Writing Department identifies a mismatch in the order price (wrong level of order, number of pages, etc.).
  4. The order is checked for plagiarism, edited, and sent to the customer.
  5. Customers may request a plagiarism report from our Customer Support Team. We guarantee plagiarism-free papers on any topic.

Order Urgency

A client may choose the most appropriate order urgency, starting from 3 hours up to 2 months. For more details, please refer to the "Order now" page. If the client expects early delivery (decides to change order urgency), an order price will be recalculated and a compensation order should be placed. Writology Limited delivers all papers on time and within the indicated time frame.

Clients will not present any of’s products as their own effort. If a client uses any product or part of it, it must be accompanied by a correct citation to avoid breaching any copyright regulations and content ownership laws. Legal Responsibility

All clients using the products and services provided by agree that will not be held accountable in any legal proceedings that come about through the purchase or acceptance of any material supplied by Indemnity covers all legal proceedings, court actions, legal expenses and fees, court judgments, costs incurred as a result of court action, and/or any unspecified expenses that result from using’s products and services. Termination of Orders or Services

If decides to bring order or service to termination, the affected clients will be notified and refunded any fee already incurred. aims to complete all orders in precise accordance with client specifications and no work will be undertaken if is incapable of completing it. If a client feels that has not adhered to their original instructions, the onus lies with them to inform of the matter within two business days of receipt of the written word. Where this is the case, will rewrite or revise the work according to the initial instructions. Where a client changes their original instructions, an additional fee will be applied by to make the required changes. An order is deemed complete on acceptance by the client and after the two business days have elapsed.

Order Cancellation

Any customer has a chance to cancel the misplaced order and get a full refund. To file a form to cancel the order, it should not be worked on by the writer. The form must be completed in less than 20% time provided for the order, only if it is no longer than 2 weeks. All the money is guaranteed to be returned to the customer if the form was done within 4 days.

After the writer was assigned to write the paper, the customer can annul his/her order and receive a partial refund, depending on the time left. The final refunded sum will not exceed seventy-five percent of the primary price.

All tips are non-refundable. The payment for custom writing/editing/proofreading/rewriting/formatting may be refunded only. Tips cannot substitute an additional or compensation order.

These terms and conditions, in addition to all policy statements and regulations listed on the website of, comprise the full agreement between and any client using its products and/or services.


A free draft option in a “VIP Account” does not apply to the following order types: formatting, proofreading, editing, revision, rewriting, online test, multiple-choice questions, PDF/PPT poster, PowerPoint Presentation, and excel exercises. Also, a free draft cannot be provided in orders with 3-8 hours urgency due to a limited time frame provided to complete the assignment.
